Crispy Beer Battered Alaska Cod fillets are perfect in fish tacos, dipped in your favorite tartar sauce, or served alongside potato chips or fries.
Cooking Instructions
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended - cook from frozen.
Air Fryer (13-14 minutes):
- Set air fryer temperature to 400°F.
- Place frozen fillet(s) in a single layer, do not overvcrowd.
- Flip fillet(s) halfway through cook time.
Conventional Oven (16-19 minutes):
- Preheat oven to 475°F.
- Place frozen fillet(s) on parchment lined or a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Flip fillet(s) halfway through cook time.
